Nativity set Holy Family with angels
Hand carved nativity set Holy Family with angels made of linden wood in sizes from 8 – 36 inch of the nativity figurines for the original ALBL nativity scene from Oberammergau. In these sizes, the wooden nativity set is also available in the special vintage version set with gold leaf. The smaller indoor nativity sets with the figure sizes of 3.5 – 6 inch are carved from the finest maple wood. The sizes refer to the nativity figurine of the standing Joseph.
Since the product photos of nativity figurines were created at a height of 8 inch, there may be deviations in the appearance of the other sizes. The uniquely designed nativity figurines such as the baby Jesus in the manger, Mary and Joseph, ox and donkey, the shepherds with their animals and the angels are created by the Bavarian carvers around Oberammergau based on traditional motifs from their grandfathers. They are based on original motifs from vintage nativity scenes from the Alpine region in Germany, Austria and Italy.
This indoor nativity set consists in detail of the Holy Family with Mary and Joseph and baby Jesus #1 – #3, the angels #31 – #35, the ox #4 and the donkey #5. The vintage indoor nativity set can be expanded at any time with the nativity figurines of the appropriate size.
