We usually use linden-, pine- and maple wood from sustainable forestry. For outdoor projects we usually use oak wood. We have the best experience with these kinds of wood.

Depending on the project volume the duration can vary. It can take a couple of days up to a couple of months.

In case you want to place your woodcarving in the outside area, we would kindly ask you to contact us before ordering. In order to position a woodcarving outdoors we have to treat it with a weatherproof layer. Without this protective layer, your woodcarving can be damaged.

Yes you can order Tax-free, as long as your delivery address is in a Non-European-Union (EU) country. Due to lighting situation during product photography and different display settings on your computer display the colors of our product can not be display 100% authentic. Additionally we have to ask for some understanding that there may be deviations in size and color because of hand craft.

Of course we ship our packages and for bigger projects wooden crates worldwide. We do this with air freight via our freight forwarder, with DHL Package and DHL Express. Please note that the recipient will be responsible for all import duties, taxes and / or custom charges payable to local (custom) authorities. We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

Shipping within Germany with DHL Package:
– Order value up to and including 100 EUR = 9 EUR shipping cost
– As of order value exceeds 100 EUR = free shipping

Express shipping within Germany with DHL Express:
– Order value up to and including 300 EUR = 15 EUR shipping cost
– As of order value exceeds 300 EUR = free shipping

Shipping within the European Union with DHL Express:
– Order value up to and including 300 EUR = 25 EUR shipping cost
– As of order value exceeds 300 EUR = free shipping

Worldwide shipping with DHL Express:

If the dispatch involves bulky goods that have to be shipped with our freight forwarder, we will send you an individual offer or higher cost already appear in the shopping cart.

We ship our packages with DHL Package and DHL Express. For over-size or bulky goods we work with forwarding companies.

According to our experience packages require 2-4 working days for shipping with DHL Package. DHL Express

For packages:
In order to guarantee this we wrap up the carving in silk-paper and intensify the wrapping at sensitive and fragile areas for their protection. After that we place them in thick board boxes which are stuffed with a soft filling material. A safe transportation is ensured.

For wooden crates:
If you order a large woodcarving piece or a liturgical furnishings from us all items will be packed in custom made wooden crates. The packed item will be screwed and secured with wooden elements inside the wooden crate. A safe transportation is ensured.

We have a lot of experience in wrapping and shipping woodcarvings and liturgical furnishings all over the globe. You do not have to worry about this.

We recommend you only to use a very soft natural brush (e.g. made out goat hair) in order to dust your woodcarving. We strongly advise you against cleaning with a dry or even a wet cleaning rag or microfiber.
