Angels
Angels at the nativity scene, hand carved from wood, lovingly handcrafted according to old tradition in Oberammergau. All angel figurines of the ALBL nativity scene, angel with lamb, angel praying, Archangel Gabriel, the Angel of Glory and the Angel of Annunciation are made in Oberammergau by the Bavarian carvers. Wooden angels have a long tradition in Oberammergau wood carving and are among the classics in the art of wood carving. In the Christian cultural area and in numerous other cultural areas, angels have always been one of the best-known symbols for the protection of people. Angel figurines in gold for the nativity scene are available from a size of 8 inch. The different versions from 3,5 inch to 36 inch measured with the standing Joseph allow a versatile arrangement of the angels in the nativity.
